What we collect

Your account. When you log in, we receive your name, email and profile photo from your REALM member account.

What you post. Listings, photos, comments, reactions, offers and reports you send. Listings and comments are public. Offers and contact details are private.

Seller contact details. A seller's phone and email are kept private and shared with a buyer only through REALM support.

Safety and fraud prevention

To stop spam and keep banned accounts from coming back, we place a private first-party cookie in your browser that identifies your device, and we keep a one-way coded version of your internet address (we don't store the address itself). Staff can see which accounts share a device when they investigate abuse.

Some forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a real person is sending them.

Cookies

We use only the cookies the site needs: your login session, the device cookie above, and short-lived cookies for the welcome message and status messages after you send a form. We don't use advertising cookies. Visitor statistics come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies.

How we use it

To run the marketplace, show your listings, pass on offers and contact requests, keep the site safe, and send you marketplace notifications. We never sell your information.

Who else handles it

The site runs on Wix (accounts and data) and Cloudflare (hosting, security checks and statistics).

Your choices

You can edit or remove your listings at any time. To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email support@realmgroupglobal.org.
